Specialist Cleaning & Emergency Response Technician
Location: North East England and North Yorkshire
Job Type: Part time ( but it is anticipated the role with grow with time ) / Self-employed considered
Salary: Excellent rates of pay + benefits
We are expanding our specialist cleaning and emergency response services into the North East of England and are looking for a motivated, reliable individual to help us establish and grow the area.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. Our work includes specialist cleaning services such as biohazard and trauma cleaning, emergency response, sewage contamination, and other sensitive cleaning situations.
We are looking for someone who can work independently and as part of a great team, use initiative, and build strong professional relationships within the local community. This isn't a job for anyone squeamish !
Full training, ongoing support, equipment, and uniform will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out specialist and emergency cleaning services
Responding to urgent and often unplanned call-outs
Building relationships and promoting services to:
Landlords and letting agents
Funeral directors
Social services
Housing providers
Commercial clients and other local contacts
Helping develop and grow the business within the region
Maintaining high professional and customer service standards.
What We’re Looking For
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Professional, compassionate, and discreet approach
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Full UK driving licence
Access to a small van or suitable vehicle
Flexible and dependable with a positive attitude
Experience in cleaning, restoration, emergency response, or similar industries is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
