Norfolk Cleaning Group is recruiting Cleaning Operatives to work across holiday homes, commercial premises and domestic homes.
Experience is welcome but not essential — training will be provided. We’re looking for reliable, hardworking people with good attention to detail and a professional attitude.
Duties Include
General cleaning, deep cleans & changeover cleans
Bathrooms, kitchens, floors, surfaces & fixtures
Bed making (holiday home changeovers)
Using cleaning products/equipment safely
Reporting any damage or maintenance issues
Working to schedules and maintaining high standards
Requirements
Reliable and organised
Good spoken and written English
Able to work independently or as part of a team
Driving preferred but not essential

Before / During / After ✨✨✨

Last week we were contracted to remove a large patch of unsightly graffiti from a clients property in Norwich, and as you can see the results speak for themselves.

We completed this using our Restorative Techniques Ltd. Superheated-Water Cleaning Technology!

We then applied an Anti-graffiti coating to provide a protective layer on the property for the client should this happen again.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Payroll and Finance Officer to join our team at our Head Office in North Walsham. In this role, you will provide a comprehensive and professional service across the organisation, focusing on payroll functions and the coordination of services related to employee pay and invoicing. Full training will be provided for all payroll and finance tasks and associated responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
• Payroll Management:
o Ensure the timely and accurate collection of all payroll data monthly.
o Calculate absence and statutory sick payments.
o Calculate statutory maternity, adoption, and paternity payments.
o Implement processes for starters, leavers and right to work.
o Issue payslips, P60, and P45 through BrightPay.
o Handle salary deductions.
o Ensure compliance with National Minimum Wage legislation.

• Finance Management:
o Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and timely.
o Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
o Manage customer invoicing and follow up on overdue accounts.
o Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
o Support all financial procedures.
o Ensure compliance with business policies and procedures.
o Prepare for the end of year accounts by liaising with our accountants.

Key Skills Required:
• Working knowledge of BrightPay payroll and Xero accounting software (preferably).
• Up-to-date working knowledge of HMRC legislation and statutory payments.
• Ability to provide high-quality customer and payroll service.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to logically work through payroll and accounting issues.
• Good time management, planning, and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High degree of discretion and confidentiality.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Education:
o AAT qualification or equivalent preferred.

• Experience:
o Previous experience in a similar finance or accounting role.

• Additional Skills:
o Knowledge of VAT and other UK tax regulations.
o Experience in payroll processing.
