Due to rapid growth, The Canny Cleaning Company is looking for its newest member of the Team!
We are looking for experienced applicants to work a flexible 20-30 hours per week. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in domestic properties and must possess an exceptional standard of cleaning and customer service skills. Our customers expect the highest standard and we must ensure those levels are met.
The applicant will be expected to arrive to properties on time, presentable and must be able to provide their own method of transport and hold a clean drivers if driving to jobs. You will build relationships with your customers as you develop your own customer base, you will be expected to communicate with them when discussing priority jobs and rescheduling appointments.
Applicants will need to provide a DBS check if successful.
The applicant should be able to understand and navigate an online calendar so they are up to date with with current are future bookings and should also be familiar with smart phones.
Support and advice is always on hand and you will have regular communication with your manager.
Flexibility and freedom is given to our staff as long as it is not the detriment of the customer. It is essential the successful candidate has pride in their work.
