2ND Cobi Bricks Model , ..Opel Rekord. Picked up from BrickMo Germany, delivered quite promptly. How does it compare to LEGO will be the question most of you ask !!!!. It's quite a heavy vehicle when compared to LEGO, you need to really clamp the bricks together so the clamping force is quite a lot more compared to LEGO, it is quite brittle, as pieces do fall off easily. But as a model in general I am very impressed, probably a third of the price of LEGO it is very impressive. It's a smart looking car, and appear to have done it some justice.

A Thoroughly clean CAT !!!
Cleaning
Thoroughly cleaned the exterior, with a PH Neutral Prewash and Shampoos to break down dirt, Two Bucket Safe Wash Method to prevent swirling, Tar, Tree Sap and other embedded contaminants removed using Detailing Clay Vehicle re-washed using a Lambswool Mitts, Detailing Brushes and Plush Microfibre cloths.
Preparation
The Vehicle was dried using a Plush Drying towels and Air Blowers to prevent swirls and followed up by pain examination under high intensity after which a 2 stage Machine Polishing stage was undertaken using a Polish and Jewelled to a glass like finish using a high finishing polish
Protection
The paintwork was then then treated to the Protection Stage to help prevent further damage and make the vehicle a lot easier to maintain in the future. The Protection applied was a high quality Sealant which was left ti CURE for an hour followed up by application of a SI02 hybrid ceramic Wax for a high gloss finish, Glass coated with a Highly Durable Hydrophobic Coating

Cleaning

THE GOD OF THUNDER –

LOUD, LOUDER and THUNDEROUS.
5.5 Litre Twin Turbo V8, 550 BHP, 720 NM Torque, and a soundtrack to Die for
The CLS came to me with paintwork which needed some elements of correction. Under the sungun I had identified areas that needed some attention.
I PRE-SOAKED the car using a TFR, removing the ground in Grime, This was left to dwell after which it was SNOW FOAMED. The car was rinsed and bathed in RICH LATHER SHAMPOO, using the 2-bucket method. Rinsed and DECONTAMINATED using a BLEEDING FALLOUT REMOVER and then rinsed again before being CLAYED using a B&H Soft clay bar.
After being clayed it was washed again to remove any residue. It was treated to a SINGLE STAGE Machine Polish with a DA21 to remove swirls. once the SWIRLS were SLAYED, It was GLAZED and SEALED and a High quality WAX, a Hybrid Ceramic was applied returning it back to its former glory.

BIG, BOLD & SPORTY 4x4.
The car came to me with the paintwork looking a neglected it needed some elements of correction. Under the sungun I had identified the few areas in need of correction.
I PRE-SOAKED the car using a TFR, removing the ground in Grime, This was left to dwell after which it was SNOW FOAMED. The car was rinsed and bathed in RICH LATHER SHAMPOO, using the 2-bucket method. BIG, BRASH, BEAUTIFUL- RANGE ROVER

Classy, Prestigious 4X4. I PRE-SOAKED it using TFR to remove the ground in Grime this was left to dwell after which it was SNOW FOAMED, which was left to Dwell for a further 10 minutes. The car was rinsed and bathed with Megs GOLD CLASS SHAMPOO using the 2-bucket method. Rinsed and DECONTAMINATED using IRON-X and then rinsed again before being CLAYED using a B&H Soft clay bar
After being clayed it was washed again to remove any residue and treated to a SINGLE STAGE Machine Polish with a DA to remove swirls. It was then GLAZED with SEALED and WAXED to bring it back to its former glory.

BIG, BRASH, & Devastatingly Beautiful. I PRE-SOAKED the car using TFR & G101, removing the ground in Grime, this was left to dwell after which it was SNOW FOAMED. The car was rinsed and bathed in AUTOGLYM HD SHAMPOO, using the 2-bucket method. Rinsed and DECONTAMINATED using IRON-X and then rinsed again before being CLAYED using a B&H Soft clay bar
After being clayed it was washed again to remove any residue and treated to a SINGLE STAGE Machine Polish with a DA to remove swirls. once the SWIRLS were SLAYED, It was GLAZED with SEALED and a High quality WAX was applied returning it back to its former glory.
