Over the last while we’ve been a bit quieter than normal on social media, and there’s a good reason for it…
This year has been one of the biggest periods of growth we’ve ever experienced at AMR Exterior Cleaning.
We’ve introduced our new window cleaning service, continued to grow our bin cleaning rounds, taken on new staff members, organised holiday cover, carried out staff training, and even had to deal with unexpected van maintenance. Behind the scenes it’s been non-stop!!
To make sure our customers continued to receive the high standards they expect, we had made the decision to focus on keeping our window cleaning and bin cleaning services running smoothly. That has meant temporarily pressing pause on services such as:
• PVC cleaning
• Roof cleaning
• Power washing
• Roofing repairs
The good news is that we’re now caught up, the team are settled, training is complete, and everything is running exactly as planned.
My holidays have now officially started! First stop is a weekend in Edinburgh with my youngest son’s football team, followed by a well-earned week in the sun with the family.
I’ll be away until 21st August, but don’t worry – our window cleaning and bin cleaning services will continue as normal and are in very capable hands while I’m away.
As soon as I’m back, we’ll be getting straight into all of the other exterior cleaning and roofing work that has been waiting.
I’ll be honest… this year has tested my mental strength more than any other since starting the business. But every challenge has made us stronger.
Today, AMR Exterior Cleaning is in the strongest position we’ve ever been, and that’s thanks to our incredible team and, most importantly, every single customer who continues to support us.
