Good day folks! With the sun finally making an appearance this week, we will be carrying out ‘one-off’ bin cleans at just £20 per bin, per clean. ☀️🧼

With that in mind, we would much prefer for customers to join our regular 4-weekly bin cleaning service at only £6 per bin, per clean — keeping your bins fresh, sanitised, and smelling great all year round.

Yet another roof restored — this time in Crossgar 👌

Work completed:
• Full manual scrape
• Gutters and downspouts cleared of all debris
• Property left clean and tidy
• Softwash treatment applied

As part of the pre-roof clean inspection, which comes as standard with all AMR Exterior Cleaning roof cleans, several roofing issues were identified, including a large number of cracked and damaged tiles. I’ll be returning to the property to carry out the necessary repairs for the customer.

When tiles are thin and brittle, it’s always best to let the softwash treatment do the cleaning rather than using pressure. This method is commonly used on this type of roof tile as it avoids stripping away the protective outer coating — a very common mistake others can make when using high pressure.

The results will continue to improve over the coming weeks as the treatment does its job 🌿

Thursday’s workload took us to a beautiful property in Newtownards, where we carried out a full exterior clean — roof, garage, driveway, and decking all brought back to life.

A proper graft from start to finish. The tarmac driveway in particular required specialist care due to previous sealing, which can easily be damaged if handled incorrectly. This is exactly why experience matters — done wrong, the results can be costly.
