The last holiday let changeover for the Easter break just finished and locked up ready for an early check in tomorrow. Every school holiday when bookings surge, with a super organised diary and some longer working days, every client’s bookings are completed on time to high standard as well as maintaining regular non holiday let weekly clients. Now for a couple of days off in preparation for all the check outs etc next week!

HMO communal cleaning is already a large element of what Spotless and Sparkle provide, and having expanded the portfolio with two additional 6 bedroom properties in the last week, and the pending handover to us of further 6 and 7 bedroom properties commencing in April, we are your go to company to use for your HMO needs. With a proven track record of consistency and standard with the ongoing clients in this area since this business started, please do not hesitate to contact for your one or more properties that require cleaners.

What a start to the peak season, the first two weeks of April exceeding my expectations. So pleased for my clients for the level of bookings Easter has brought in terms of holiday let changeovers, breaking new records. A massive thank you to my incredible team, and the two new ladies that have joined us in the last couple of weeks who are also worth their weight in gold- thank you all for your hard work. We’ve completed high standards within tight timeframes, still obtaining 5* reviews and as a team tackled some obstacles with smiles on faces and a lot of laughs...my lady who still continued working whilst drenched head to toe by an unexpected overhead shower turn on this week (you know who you are!). Here’s to a busy season ahead of holiday let’s, HMO housing, new build homes and everything else in between. Thank you brilliant team and brilliant clients!
