Hi All

This really isn't an easy message to send but I've had to make the most difficult decision today.

The last year has been an extremely difficult one, as I'm sure some of you are aware, but I need to do what's right for us as a family and currently with the aftermath of Covid and the current cost of living crisis, Clara's is no longer a substantial income for us to survive.

So it is with great sadness that I have made the decision to start winding the business down over the next couple of weeks. My last day working will be Friday 28th April 2023.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your continued support over the years and I wish you all the best!

Evening All

As some or you know I haven't really had a price increase from day one.

I've tried really hard to keep them at the current rate for as long as possible, but with the current rises it is no longer possible.

So from the 1st of December prices will be increasing by £1 an hour.

I appreciate that it's not ideal but if there are any problems then please do let me know.

Id also just like to remind everyone that payments are due on the day of the clean, unless you are on a monthly invoice..... there are still quite a few outstanding payments from last week!

There are still so many outstanding payments from over the last couple of weeks.

Payments are due (and have always been due) on the day of the clean.

I understand people are busy and also that times are difficult at the moment, but if these can be paid ASAP I would be grateful..... if anyone's having problems with payments, then please do let me know and we can sort something out.
