🧡 A Home Restored with Care & Compassion

One of our recent projects has been a challenging but incredibly rewarding domestic clean.

We were brought in to help restore a hoarded property, which involved removing around 10 tonnes of waste, specialist biohazard cleaning, and a full deep clean of the home.

Over 7 working days and with 23 members of our team, we worked closely with Environmental Health, Mind in Gwent and Holistic hoarding as well as the client to carefully determine what needed to be removed and what could remain.

But this job was about more than cleaning. ❤️

Every day, our team made sure the client felt comfortable and involved, taking the time to chat, enjoy some pastries and tea together, and talk through the day’s tasks.

Our whole team showed incredible patience, compassion and respect for the client, their feelings and their belongings. There was no judgement — just care and understanding.

We are incredibly proud of the team and the transformation they achieved. 🏡✨

This is why we do what we do — helping people restore their homes and giving them a fresh start.

Well April….you’ve been a blast, celebrating another year of Cleany Queeny, another huge goal achieved and a fabulous May ahead!! 2026 is in full swing and Cleany Queeny are here for it 🤭🙌🏼

This month, we’re celebrating seven years in business!

What a journey it’s been — from starting out on my own with just a mop, a bucket, and a vision, to where we are today. We’ve been incredibly fortunate to have such a fantastic team join us along the way, helping us deliver an award-winning service trusted by homes and businesses across Newport and the surrounding areas.

I’d like to say a huge thank you to every member of staff who has been part of this journey, and to every single customer — whether you booked a one-off clean or have supported us for years. Your trust and loyalty have been vital in getting us to where we are today.
