Commercial Cleaners Wanted!

With several live projects, we are looking for experienced Commercial Cleaners to join our team.

Most projects fall within the CF & NP postcode areas, and are a mix of either large building projects or residential new builds with a staggered release schedule.

Tasks to be completed within site opening times, which are typically 08:00 - 16:00 for access.

Our work covers everything from initial Builders clean to Sparkle/ Handover cleans and exterior cleaning, expectations can be discussed if unfamiliar to you.

Opportunities to progress into full-time supervisor/ Team Leader roles for the right candidates.

On-site Requirements:
> Site PPE Requirements to be worn at all times (High-viz, Hard Hat, Safety Boots etc)
> No Hoodies, Shorts, Clothing with Explicit writing or imagery
> Site Health & Safety rules to be followed at all times

Candidate Requirements:
> Own transport to access remote sites
> Previous Commercial Cleaning experience
> CSCS advantageous, but not essential

Requirements, Skills & Experience:
✔️ Previous experience with Builders Cleaning
✔️ A valid CSCS Card
✔️Driving Licence/ Reliable transport to access sites
✔️ Individuals should be; Trustworthy, Well organised, Reliable, Attention to detail and Flexible
✔️ Ability to work alone or as part of a team
✔️ Ability to complete your allocated tasks to the required standards within a set timeframe
✔️ To be able to understand & follow health & safety instructions
✔️ Communicate in English (English is not required to be a first language)

Cleaning is a physical job, and we want to ensure that all our staff can complete their tasks in a safe and timely manner.
