As every industry is super busy over the Christmas period the next two weeks for us as Cleaners as are going to be even more manic, everybody wants their house Deep Cleaned, extra hours and just that extra touch. Normally I am quite lenient with swapping days to another day in the week, but as we are so ramp packed, I won’t be able to change your day as every day is full, I already work morning to night as you all know 🤣 we do have a few spaces here and there for customers to have a Christmas Deep Clean other than that we don’t I’m afraid,so if you miss your Clean, I can’t reschedule you in
Secondly,as we are busy, I do not have time to chase payments so if you can’t pay on the day, please cancel your clean because I can’t chase people for payment
Thirdly, I would like to address the fact that I never charge people if they cancel because I always feel bad but realistically it’s not just myself losing it’s the girls also, so as of Monday if you do cancel your clean within 24 hours, I will still need payment or we will not clean you again over the period. I’m sorry it’s so stressful asking for payments when everyone knows when we are coming

Good morning, thank you all as always for your continuous support. I’ve tried and put this off so many times over the last few months but in reality I’m gonna have to do this. so as of December I will be putting all clients to the same hourly rate. Some of you still pay my starting rate from many years ago and as much as I would like to keep you on the same. With prices of products the girls wages fuel I’ve got to make sure that I’m actually making a living with Work. some of you already are on the newer rate who have been with me within this year so please disregard this message, and if you feel that this isn’t you don’t hesitate to give me a message.I do understand that it’s not a very good time to be put in my rates up but I feel especially now with my limited work regarding my hands I will be a total loss if I don’t do it now. also I do understand that not everyone will want to continue with their Clean with the slight increase again. I will not hold it against you, please give me a message And I will totally understand if you would like to find a more convenient cleaner.
Thank you all again I wouldn’t be where I am with out you all 🫶🏼

Hope your all having a lovely weekend

Firstly I’d like to thank all of our lovely clients for the week with changing days times etc. 🤝

Most of you know I’m currently away and when I’m home I really should have some time of to recover. I’ll do my best to have a few days off 🤣 missing working all day everyday if I’m honest.

But reason for the post is next week will be the same. If your happy to have you clean the following week or different time to suit the girls and there school schedules I’d really appreciate it,

I’ll be back 100% from the following week but with trying to get between 30/40 houses in plus the b and bs it’s never going to happen with out me working aswell.

I’m just working through the rota now for this week so please bare with me if we do need to change your day or time and I’m thankful for all of your support
