As part of my commitment to continually expanding my skills and providing the highest standard of service, I will be completing a Biohazard Cleaning Course this September.

This specialist training will allow me to safely and professionally undertake more complex cleaning situations, including properties affected by severe neglect, hoarding, and other environments that require specialist knowledge, care, and appropriate cleaning procedures.

I understand that these situations are often incredibly sensitive and can arise for many different reasons, including physical illness, mental health challenges, bereavement, disability, or simply life becoming overwhelming. My aim is to offer a completely non-judgemental, compassionate, discreet, and respectful service to those who need a helping hand.

Once I have completed my qualification, I will be looking to support individuals and families who could genuinely benefit from this type of specialist cleaning.

If you know someone who may need this service in the future—whether it’s a friend, family member, neighbour, or someone in your local community—please feel free to send me a private message. All enquiries will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

This is a subject close to home for me as I’ve seen how these issues can take a toll on families and I already work for people in similar situations so this is something I’m really looking forward too 🥹

Why am I cleaning this floor by hand instead of just mopping it? 🧽✨

Floors like this have a textured finish and lots of tiny grooves that trap dirt, dust and grime. While a mop is great for regular maintenance, it can’t always reach deep into those crevices.

That’s why I get down on my hands and knees with a sponge, scrubbing brushes and professional cleaning products. It allows me to lift the dirt from every little groove, rather than just cleaning the surface.

It takes more time and effort, but that’s what makes the difference between a floor that looks clean and one that is properly deep cleaned.

Sometimes the best results come from putting in that extra bit of elbow grease. 💪🏼✨🫧
