Behind Tidy Toon Cleaning Co. is not just a business, but a family—juggling work alongside raising young children. Time slots are carefully planned around school runs, childcare, and travel, so last-minute cancellations or no replies don’t just affect the diary—they impact our income and family time too.

We completely understand that things come up, and I will always do our best to be flexible where possible. We just kindly ask for as much notice as you can give.

Moving forward, please note that cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge.
