Hi, due to a lot of very short notice cancellations, mainly customers wanting to reschedule, I am having to introduce a cancellation policy.
This is costing me hundreds of pounds per month, which isn’t sustainable. And it is nearly always regular customers who are doing it.
I don’t want to start taking deposits, as I deal with a lot of elderly people who think they are being scammed if you ask for money up front. Which I completely understand.
So from now on, cancellation within 24 hours will result in a charge of £50 to cover the cost of a single oven clean ( the minimum booking ).
This will be payable before you are able to rebook.
I will be updating my website asap to show a clear cancellation policy.
