Questions to ask yourself

Have they had any training?
Do they know how to fully strip your oven?
Can they guarantee the results?

What does an untrained oven cleaner offer?

Usually a cheaper untrained service.
They normally make a call to people like me when it all goes wrong.
Definitely not a full strip down and clean.
Risk to your home and your appliance.

I recently cleaned a customers Rangemaster who went for the cheap option.

It cost the customer more for the new hinges that the untrained cleaner had broken on their oven door than it would have for the oven to be professionally cleaned by a trained oven cleaner.
