Our orders can also come in special presentation boxes for the ideal gift, talk to us and we are sure we can cater to your needs. Please include as much information as possible when inquiring about an order. Allergies-
Although every care is taken to ensure our cakes are as allergy free as possible, they are created in a kitchen where nuts are present. If you have any concerns over allergies, please contact us and we'll be happy to cater for you. We also specialise in gluten free for Coeliac's, apart from containing eggs, all of our cakes can be made to suit a vegetarian lifestyle. Payments & Delivery-
We accept payments via Paypal, Cheque, Bank Transfer or Cash and can deliver to your home, work or venue of choice. Please give at least one weeks notice when ordering cakes, we will always strive to achieve perfection, the longer we know what you have in mind, the better they will be! The latest we will accept orders is 4 days prior to delivery however we can make exceptions under some circumstances. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be charged and must be paid no later than 2 days after receiving your email confirming your order and our Terms & Conditions. All orders must be fully settled no later that 1 week prior to the delivery of the goods ordered. We exercise a no refund policy, however should you encounter any problems with any goods received or wish to make a complaint we will investigate thoroughly and work to reach a resolution that suits both parties. Additional Information
When you receive confirmation email of your order, you are entering into a legally binding contract. Confirmation emails will be sent from [email protected], if you do not receive one please let us know as soon as possible. Your order will be dealt with on a 4 stage basis, you will receive an emailing detailing the stage of your order throughout the process:
1) Order/Enquiry Stage - Please give us as many details as possible when sending in your requests. Please include, size, flavour, decoration, date the cake is needed for, place and time of delivery and any allergy information. Should you have any photo's of cakes you like, please include them in your email. You will receive a confirmation email detailing your order and details of our terms & conditions.
2) Administration - should you confirm your order and wish to make any changes you must do so whilst your order is in the administration stage. You reserve the right to cancel your order and will not receive your deposit back however you will not be charged the remaining amount for your order if cancellation occurs at stage 2. You will receive an email confirming cancellation and no further charges due.
3) Manufacture - once your order reaches the manufacturing stage, we have begun work on any decorations and started to bake your cakes. Any changes requested at this point will not be accepted. You reserve the right to cancel your order and will not receive your deposit back, furthermore you will still be charged for the full order. An email will be sent to you confirmation cancellation and invoicing you for outstanding payment.
4) Completion - once the cake is complete, we will confirm readiness and you will receive a final email confirmation detailing your order and delivery details. Please note should you wish to change your delivery details this can be done during any stage mentioned above. The only changes we will not accept are cosmetic changes to the decoration of the cake, or changes to the flavour of the cake once stage 2 has been reached. Quality Assurance
All our cakes go through a rigorous quality assurance check prior to leaving our premises and special care is taken to ensure that all our goods reach you in outstanding quality and condition. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage received to a cake once it is no longer with us. Please take extra care to store your cakes somewhere cool as the temperature of a room can lower the quality of your cakes.
