This is going to be Abit of a long one but please bare with me…
Over the last few weeks I have lost out on a lot of money due to people not paying, last minute cancellations or forgetting it was there cleaning day and not being home. This is already the most stressful time of year so you can only imagine the extra stress this is putting on me.
If you miss your clean for anything other than a reason that can’t be helped (sickness,emergency etc) with less than 24hours notice then you will still be liable to pay for your clean and I will not return untill this has happened. Failure to do so your slot will get allocated to someone waiting.
Payments for cleans if you can’t leave cash are still expected the day of your clean. I don’t have time to be chasing people for payments, keeping diary of who still owes and then sometimes not receiving all together.
Running a business no matter how small is hard enough without the extra loss I have to take.
I apologise if my frustration comes across in this however this is not a hobby and my only source of income.
