24-Hour Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the service cost.

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will also be charged the full service fee.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate such situations at our discretion.
