Dear Valued Customers,

It is with a very heavy heart that I have to let you all know I am closing my business with immediate effect.

After battling repeated and expensive mechanical problems with my van — the clutch, flywheel and gearbox have all failed and the repair costs are simply more than I can possibly afford — I have made the heartbreaking decision to stop before it takes everything I have. With a young daughter who depends on me, I cannot risk ending up completely broke. So I’ve sold the van and all the equipment and belongings that went with the business,
This was never the way I wanted it to end.

I have loved every single job I’ve done for you over the years, and I am truly grateful for the trust you placed in me and for the loyal support so many of you have shown me. Whether you’ve been with me from the very beginning or joined more recently, your kindness and regular custom have meant more to me than I can ever put into words.

I wish more than anything that I could keep going. Unfortunately the industry has changed dramatically. There is now so much competition from people charging rock-bottom prices for work that simply doesn’t last, and with the cost of everything (good quality chemicals , fuel, insurance, living expenses) rising so sharply, it’s become impossible to run a proper, reliable service and still make ends meet.

“Cheaper the better” might win in the short term, but it doesn’t build a sustainable business — and it certainly doesn’t allow me to keep doing the quality work I’ve always been proud to deliver.

To all my regular customers who have been with me year after year — thank you from the bottom of my heart. You made this journey worthwhile, and I will never forget the smiles, the chats, and the trust you gave me.

I’m so very sorry that I can no longer be there for you when you need me. Please know this decision was not taken lightly and it breaks my heart to step away.

Hello good morning everyone

Unfortunately my flywheel and clutch has went on the van and I can’t get booked in untill Thursday so I’m having to reschedule all my bookings this week unfortunately 👎🏻👎🏻

I’ve messaged all those who have booked in and rescheduled for next week so all new bookings would be looking at the following week comencing the 12th may

I apologise for any inconvenience this has caused and hopefully be back on the road ASAP

Hello everyone, I wanted to give you all a heads-up with a bit of a heavy heart and after much consideration, I’ve made the tough decision to adjust my prices starting today. This change is necessary to continue providing the best service I can, I truly appreciate your understanding and support as we move forward.

As you may see with the attached post the only price will be my premium detail going from £55-75 to £75-80 as it wasn’t financially worth the original price. Giving the time and chemicals used I deeply hope you all understand and know I give 110% in every detail.

Also all bookings already booked I will honour the original price as booked.
