In the 3 years I've ran my business, this is the first time I've had a real issue regarding a client - They have chosen to make the issues known by leaving a negative review on this page, so if anyone comes across this, please read my response to the review in order to fully understand the situation, or head over to the TikTok link below and take a look 🗣

We are so lucky with our clients for the most part, and they will all tell you that I am lenient, understanding and flexible, and they give the same treatment back to us in return 🫶🏼

I wasn't going to name and shame, BUT as you have chosen to damage the reputation of my positive reviews, I can do this too, Michelle Alsbury.

We ARE NOT 'just the cleaners', and we WILL NOT tolerate behaviour that makes us feel uncomfortable, whether you agree or disagree on the matter! ✌🏻
