Another camera inspection revealed liner decayed. Previous sweep never put camera up

Always worth getting camera inspection even on brand new installs. Pics show 2 damaged liners from install. Not safe to use. If you have a new install worth getting checked out whilst still in warrenty. No fitter will check their own work 100 percent.

Birds nest removal on a customers house that didn't know even had a nest. Just shows the importance of getting your chimney swept once a year. Happy customer

Went to a job today customer stated seems to be a blockage. Smoke pouring into room. New install only 10 months old. After a quick strip down to reveal a blocked liner. Probable cause was burning wood not seasoned. For a wood or coal burning stove to get optimum clean burn you need main elements. Good supply of air. Wood must be below 20 percent moisture . And a hot chimney. If you have problems with the first 2 then you can't get a hot chimney and creosote will build up. Flue liner swept using power sweep method and camera inspection also done after. Everyone please only use wood below 20 percent moisture and never slumber your appliance. Moisture meter readers are only a few pounds and have your chimney swept once a year at least. The outcome can be between life and death . I'm pleased to have made another happy customer . Feel free if you would like yours swept. Keep safe all and warm
