🧽 A little insight into the reality of holiday changeover cleaning…
We always aim to deliver the best possible clean, every single time. But the truth is, no two changeovers are ever the same.
We allocate time based on the size of the property, number of bedrooms and whether bedding is required — but how that time is spent often depends on how the property has been left.
If we arrive to stripped beds, empty bins and washing up done, we have more time for those lovely finishing touches — windows, polishing, checking every surface and making everything shine.
If we arrive to overflowing bins, greasy pans, washing up, unstripped beds and lots of mess, that valuable time has to be spent getting the property back to a clean, hygienic standard first.
Sometimes we simply have to prioritise.
Bathrooms, kitchens, toilets, floors, beds and guest-ready essentials will always come first. The polish and finishing touches come once those jobs are done.
Holiday cleaning isn’t always straightforward, but one thing never changes — we will always work as hard as we can to leave every property clean, fresh and ready for the next guests. ❤️
