CLEANING POSITION AVAILABLE

We have a position within our family run company for a cleaner, 1 day per week in Yate. You’d be cleaning new build retirement flats, some empty and some show and sales apartments (furnished). There may be the opportunity to take on other local sites in the future. Your duties would include, but not be limited to, polishing desks, hoovering floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, windows, glass doors etc. You’d be able to work whichever day suited you (apart from Sunday, and as long as someone from the site is there to open up on Monday). Tuesday-Saturday there is a sales team member there to let you in. BACS payment monthly in arrears around the 19th of the month. You’ll be paid per plot, which works out at around £15 per hour. The average amount you’d earn each week would be around £90-100+. Great little earner for a parent as this can be worked around school hours, or for someone looking for a little extra in their retirement. Must be able to work through school holiday times. 5 weeks holiday per year including bank holidays. £0.40 per mile for fuel, 5 miles away from your home. No experience needed, a contract and full training will be provided, and you supply your own cleaning products which will cost approx £5-10 a month. Pm me for more info.

CLEANING JOBS AVAILABLE
MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT
We currently have a vacancy for a part time cleaner to join our family run company.
Hours/ days could vary every week but would be around 4/5 hours per day, 2 days per week (would increase to 3 in the future) (Most likely 10.00am until 3.00pm). You would also need to be able to work school holidays.
There would be driving involved, so please do not apply if you do not have your own transport and would not be willing to travel up to one hour between sites.
Mileage will be paid over 5 miles.
At the moment we need someone to cover two sites, one in Hythe and the other in Fareham (approx 25 miles away from each other).
There is the potential that a company car/van could be provided at a later date.
The rate of pay would be around £14 per hour- (it's priced per unit and is empty apartment cleaning) and is paid monthly in arrears via BACS, please note this is NOT cash in hand.
Holiday pay is included, however sick pay is not.
Responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, cleaning desks, kitchens, mirrors, windows, toilets, showers, hoovering, mopping and occasionally the inside and top of cupboards.
You must be eligible to work in the UK
Over 18’s only
You must be reliable and able to clean to an incredibly high standard.
We will be carrying out DBS checks.
A contract will also be provided.

It’s office cleaning and is based at Parkside Industrial estate, Ringwood and you’d be working as a team of 6 each night. Your duties would include polishing desks, hoovering, cleaning toilets, shower rooms and glass, cleaning kitchens, mopping and hoovering etc. You’d have your own section to clean each night, and the hours are 6-8pm Mon-Thurs and 5.15-7.15pm on a Friday. Ideally we like people to work 2-3 nights per week but 5 is also an option. We pay £9 per hour if you’re over 25, £8.50 for over 17's and pay day is the 19th of each month. There is also the potential for managerial positions in the future if reliability and good cleaning standards are shown. No experience is needed, we can teach you everything on the job
