When I moved down to Cheshire from Yorkshire back in 2013, I wasn’t sure what to expect or how long I’d stay. Fast forward 13 years, and so much has happened and Tarporley is now the place I proudly call home.
We lived in Calveley back then, and I used to walk my children to their local primary school. Not once did I consider that years later I’d be working there in a completely different capacity. This week, while covering our commercial contract at Calveley Primary School, I experienced a real “pinch me” moment.
What started as a part-time, solo cleaning job in 2021, has grown into a small business serving amazing, loyal clients across our community. Our very first client was Instinct Gym and Wellness—who also, funnily enough, supported me while I trained for a Tough Mudder a few years before and we proudly support them today..
Life has a strange way of unfolding.
13 years ago, I was dropping my children off at Calveley primary school, and a few months ago, we signed a contract to become their preferred cleaning and maintenance provider.
8 years ago, I was training at Instinct. 4.5 years ago, we partnered with them professionally.
Since then, we’ve earned the trust of many within our local community, and regularly service family homes and businesses, including Enigma Wellness, Recycle, Vale Bathrooms, The Kelsall Eye Clinic, and many more.
From holiday lets and offices to barbers, gyms, wellness centres, portacabins, new builds, schools, and family homes, we’ve done it all. And I couldn’t be more proud.
This is the kind of achievement I used to dream about. Even now, I sometimes wonder why so many people place their trust in us—but it means everything, and we’re incredibly grateful.
This business may have started with me, but no one builds something like this alone. It takes a team. A team that shows up, and consistently delivers to the standards we believe in.
