To ensure we continue providing a reliable and high-quality service for all clients, we kindly ask that the following housekeeping policies are respected:

• If you would like beds changed during your clean, all beds must be stripped prior to our arrival.

• If a clean is cancelled, we cannot guarantee an alternative day or replacement appointment, as we are fully booked with other clients. We will always try to accommodate where possible should a cancellation become available.

• We allow a 10-minute waiting period for access to the property. If we are unable to gain access after this time, the appointment may need to be cancelled and charged accordingly.

• General cleans include dusting of skirting boards only. Washing of skirting boards, as well as blinds and interior windows, are charged separately at an additional rate.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. These policies help us manage our schedule fairly and maintain the standard of service we provide to all clients.
