We are in unprecedented times. We wanted to message you all with an update on how Pressed Out is reacting to the latest advice on dealing with the virus.
There are two clear objectives
* Comply with government instructions
* Keep ourselves and our customers safe
Whilst we can, we intend to carry on trading, responding to your requests and the demand for our service.
We should all observe the social isolation recommendations. Many already use a safe location (shed, garage, porch etc) to leave the laundry bag for collection and this should continue. In the majority of cases we can collect and deliver with no social interaction.
We can text arrival times to allow you to put bags on door steps further minimising human contact. On all occasions we should keep at least a 2 meter gap between ourselves.
If a household is dealing with an active virus infection it would be wise not to collect or deliver for the 14 day quarantine period.
Customers who drop off at our unit can carry on doing this but should check by email, text or telephone to confirm we are open.
Our service levels, collection and return times, will be unchanged, however, these might be extended as the weeks progress.
Communication will be the key to us all navigating though the next weeks and months.

Our small team at the unit are clear that if and when any of us need to self isolate we will take this action.
