Job Title: Part-Time Cleaner
Location: Morecambe
Job Type: Part-time (10-12 hours per week)
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time cleaner to join our team. This role involves performing general cleaning duties to maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment for our tenants/guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in room servicing, end-of-tenancy cleaning, and general cleaning tasks, ensuring all areas meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Room Servicing: Clean and tidy rooms weekly, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
End of Tenancy Cleans: Perform detailed deep cleaning at the end of tenancies, covering kitchens, bathrooms, windows, floors, and other areas to a high standard.
General Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness in communal areas, hallways, and other spaces as required, including vacuuming, dusting, floor cleaning, and rubbish removal.
Stock Management: Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked, and inform management when supplies need replenishing.
Health & Safety: Follow health and safety guidelines, including properly handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Requirements:
Proven cleaning experience, preferably in a domestic or commercial setting.
High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest cleanliness standards.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Reliable and punctual.
Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move cleaning equipment.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning.
Working Hours:
- Flexible hours, totalling 10-12 hours per week.
- Likely include regular weekly hours, with additional hours needed for end-of-tenancy cleans.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate, based on experience.
- Weekly payment.
