To all my amazing customers, I kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this heartbreaking time.

My husband Paul suddenly passed away peacefully at home over the weekend and as you can imagine, our family and my children are heartbroken, we need some time to come to terms with this unimaginable loss. I’m finding it quite hard to take calls just at this moment.

My staff are still working for all your bookings, I am just finding it very difficult to take calls and speak, if you could message through our page and I will get back to my customers or book your cleans on our Setmore link, our shop on south street is open 10-3 Monday to Friday for all your laundry needs.

🎃 IF YOU’D TOLD ME THIS A YEAR AGO, I’D NEVER HAVE BELIEVED YOU… ❤️

A year ago, I never dreamed I’d own a shop in the centre of .

Fast forward to today and I’m incredibly proud to have built Coastal Cleaner & Co., have an amazing cleaning team out working across , AND have our very own laundry & dry cleaning shop on South Street, Elgin. 🧺✨

And this week I even got to do something I never thought I’d be doing… dress my very own shop window for Halloween! 🎃👻😂

It might seem like such a little thing, but standing back and looking at a shop window that belongs to a business we’ve built from the ground up was actually a pretty special moment. ❤️

Of course, the laundrette wouldn’t be the same without Liliana Passos, our laundry expert, who features in today’s video! ❤️ She works her magic behind the scenes making sure everything leaves us looking, smelling and feeling fantastic.

⚠️ THIS WASN’T JUST A CLEAN… TODAY WE HELPED CHANGE SOMEONE’S LIFE. ❤️

What our team walked into today in Forres was one of the most challenging properties we’ve ever faced.

We were asked to help by a children’s charity, and when we arrived, we knew this was going to take absolutely everything we had.

Full PPE on. Gloves on. And straight to work. 💪

The property was in an extremely difficult condition. There was cat and dog faeces, flies, severe dirt and contamination throughout, and by the end of the job we had removed TWO VAN LOADS of rubbish.

But this video isn’t about judging how somebody ended up living like this.

It’s about what happened next. ❤️

Myself and the girls rolled our sleeves up and transformed that property into somewhere completely different.

A clean home. A fresh start. A little bit of dignity restored.

There are some jobs where you stand back afterwards and think, wow, what a difference.

And then there are jobs like today, where you realise that what you do can genuinely make a difference to somebody’s life.

I honestly couldn’t be prouder of my girls. They faced something most people would struggle to even walk into and just got on with it. No judgement. No complaints. Just compassion, teamwork and a determination to get it done. ❤️
