Another successful gutter and roofline clearance completed this week in Mold ✅

The gutters and valleys were heavily blocked with moss and debris, preventing proper water flow and increasing the risk of overflow and damp issues. Everything has now been fully cleared and flowing correctly again.

Little bit of roof work today

Busy one last week and straight into this week 💪

I’ve been over in Powys subcontracting and getting stuck into some groundwork’s.

First job was a bit different — digging out a shed floor… while the shed was still standing 👀
This meant getting a micro excavator inside and working in tight conditions. This is where experience really matters — knowing your machine, understanding your surroundings, and being fully aware of what’s around you at all times.

We reduced the floor level by around 6 inches and removed approximately 6–8 tonnes of spoil. All material was taken out and the surrounding area was cleaned and levelled off to leave a tidy finish.

The shed is now fully prepped and ready for shuttering, MOT Type 1 sub-base, and concrete 👌

As you can see from the photos, access and working space was tight, but that’s where the right kit and experience make all the difference.

Another job was completed while we were out there — I’ll get that posted tomorrow 👀

Jet wash clean carried out on this property, bringing the block paving and patio areas back up nicely 💧

The condition wasn’t too bad to start with – just some general grime and surface build-up – but it’s come up fresh and tidy 🔥
