Operation New Showroom is underway. As the world evolves and so does the hot tub market. We as a forward thinking business need to adapt and change to suit.

Gone are the days of selling between 200 and 360 tubs a year consistently. We need to be realistic about the future and how we adapt to the new market. There is no denying energy prices and the cost of living, have had a huge impact on our market. With masses of hot tub retailers closing some say 70% gone since after Covid. Some great companies have gone as they over leverage during those peak times during Covid.

We are gearing up for our next 10 years. Lowering our costs and keeping lean as a business. As wages increase, utilities and fuel increase. We like all businesses have real challenges ahead. The new showroom is part of our long term future strategy to support our customers for many years to come.

We believe there are more casualties to come in our sector, as the cost of living grips later this year as energy prices go up further.

The important thing is we are making those changes now and setting ourselves up for future success. Yes it feels like a backward step in our showroom size but we are also realists and need to be honest with the current market. I feel for those companies in big showrooms, locked into long leases.

It’s going to be a tough few years but we are weathering the storm and investing in our future here in North Wales
