Terrible audio..

So, the council cleaned welly square 2 years ago.

A month or so before they did, I performed a test patch.. which probably prompted them 🙈🤦🏻‍♂️

2 years later.. our signature stands clear compare to rest that was apparently cleaned 💁🏻‍♂️

Job Vacancy: Exterior Cleaning Operative

Company: Eljet Exterior Cleaning
Location: Local / Mobile (varies by job)

Pay: We pay by what you do. If you want to come in and clear up while keeping standards, Expect to be paid handsomely. Very simple. If you want to turn up and sit on the phone to your wife. Expect minimum wage and not to pass your probation 💁🏻‍♂️

Bonus scheme - we offer monthly & 6 monthly performance bonuses.. Makes Christmas and summer holidays that much sweeter 🏆

Hours: full-time (WE ARE NOT OFFERING PART TIME)
Days: Monday - Friday (no weekends - unless you ask)
Start times - usually 6:30-7:30
This is Employment with full benefits ✅
NOT SELF EMPLOYED ❌

About the Role

Eljet Exterior Cleaning is a growing, reliable exterior cleaning business specialising in window cleaning, gutter clearing, pressure washing, soft washing & roof cleaning. We’re looking for a hardworking, reliable individual to join the team.

You will start with window cleaning and if I see you as a fit and safe opportunity you will graduate up to the big earner jobs. Up to you how quickly you want to do that or if at all. I do not need one trick pony’s.

This is a hands-on role, working outdoors in all weathers and directly with customers, delivering high-quality results and great service.
Do not apply if you can’t hold a conversation with someone you’ve never met before.
We are looking for outgoing, well mannered staff.
Not someone who grunts as response and avoids interaction.

Key Responsibilities
• keeping up with our regular window cleaning rounds using reach and wash
• Gutter clearing using vacuums & poles
• Pressure washing driveways & patios
• Setting up and packing down equipment correctly
• Providing friendly, professional customer service
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Physically fit and able to handle equipment
• Good attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Experience in exterior cleaning is a bonus, training can be provided
• Once trained, you will be out in your own van lone working.

All single pane glass and it wouldn’t be hard for this job to go wrong 🙏🏻

Maintained every 6 weeks to avoid chemical use / degredation 👌🏻
