Happy bank holiday weekend everyone!

BIG changes happening at MEP Cleaning this weekend & I don’t just mean myself & Em Running the MK 1/2 marathon tomorrow 😂

I have had this business for 14 years next week & as I’m not getting any younger I have decided to take a step back.

So going forward Jonathan, who has been working for me for the last 3 years, will be continuing to clean a lot of your houses but under his new company “R&J Window cleaning”.
The only difference is that you will need to pay him & not me.
He will give you his details after the next clean.

I will still be continuing with MEP Cleaning but on a smaller scale.
Anyone affected will receive a direct message or call from me over the next 3 days.

So…… Marc and I are undertaking the mammoth task of doing the MK Half on 4th May. It’ll be his 3rd Half Marathon but my first. And to be fair, it’s been a LONG time since he did it. We’re doing it on behalf of a really important charity Girl Pack. They do amazing work and need vital funding to be able to continue. We would really appreciate ANY donation to this cause and to give us the boost we need as we’re both getting more nervous by the day! Xx

I think Maddison thought she was missing out the other week when Hugo came out to work with me, so today she gave it a go!!!
She is currently unsure if she wants to do it again after 7 hours on her feet 😂

Well, by my calculations that makes it a special birthday for MEP Cleaning Services. 🥳
Today marks the 13th year of providing clean windows and (what we hope is) great service to our extremely loyal customers.
As we enter our teenage phase, we give thanks to all you wonderful people that have stuck by us through thick and thin.
We have weathered both highs and lows since the beginning and have learned some pretty tough lessons along the way.
Staffing issues, a new name and a period when even Em rolled up her sleeves and got involved in the actual nitty gritty daily work! 😳
None of it would be possible without you and we are truly grateful for each and every one of you.
Jonathan and I look forward to continuing to grow and to many more years of providing a great service, always with a smile as a little added bonus. 😁😉

That’s it, the last job of 2024 complete.
Now time for some much needed family time and relaxing until next year!!
