I just would like to thank every single person who has used Polished With Perfection over the last 2 years! Everyone's support has meant the world!
I have made some amazing friends on this journey and I will forever be grateful for you all.

Deciding to finish up a little earlier than expected was not what I had in mind, however I do need to listen to the advice of the midwifes🙈.

Both me and my partner would also like to say a massive thank you to everyone who brought baby boy a present! We are so grateful💙

I have not yet confirmed any dates I will be returning, however once i have decided I will do a post!

*IMPORTANT WEATHER UPDATE*

Evening everyone!

I am truly sorry to anyone this possibly will be impacting, however the current heat in the UK I am being advised to not overdo it.

I have entered a few properties recently and blacked out due to the heat.

I do need to put my baby boy and me first.
I am coming up 7 months pregnant, and I'd like to think many of my lovely customers will understand how hard it is in the heat being pregnant 🤰

Please be patient with me if I do end up having to reschedule cleans till the weather cools down.

Hello everyone!

I didn't want to have to do this post, however being over 20 weeks pregnant I feel the need to make a few things clear.

ILLNESS- If you are poorly or recovering from being poorly PLEASE message me. I would not enter your home being poorly and I don't expect to walk in to your home with people being poorly. I have a little one growing inside me as well as myself to think about now.

MOVING FURNITURE- Before I was pregnant I was happy to be moving furniture. I will not be doing this anymore for the remainder of my pregnancy. I do work by myself and furniture such as sofas, units etc are way to much for me now.

HOWEVER if you move the furniture before I visit I am obviously happy to clean behind.

PAYMENTS- Friendly reminder that if you do not make your payment within the 48 hour mark you will be charged the extra £5.00 for late payment.

On a positive note i am extemley grateful for everyone's understanding over the last week regarding my car. Apologies again to everyone this had an impact on.🫶

As many of you know me and my partner are having a baby!🍼

With this in mind please be patient with me as I start navigating how I'm going to operate the business.

I may start cutting out a day as the months go on and slowing down work loads.

This also does mean for now I am no longer taking on any new customers!

I also do appreciate this may mean a few customers may want to look for a new cleaner which is absolutely fine! I can recommend a few companies locally that I know are reliable and decent!

If anyone has any concerns at this point please pop me a message!

Hey everyone!

I hope you all had a lovely Christmas! I would just like to say a massive thank you to everyone for your gifts & cards! You thoroughly spoilt me! 🙈

I will be returning to work Monday 30th ( tomorrow), however, as discussed with everyone I will be off Tuesday and Wednesday for NYE!

* PAYMENT REMINDER *

I am getting a little deflated and embarrassed of having to ask customers for payments nearly 5 days after a clean. Please keep in mind you wouldn't go into tesco fill a trolly up and ask the cashier if you could pay in 5 days time.

I would like to ask for you all to take into consideration I am a small business. Without payments means I don't have funds to keep the company moving forward. Without payments I am not making a living and creating a successful business for myself and my family.

This week alone I am waiting for over £120 to be paid.

I am now introducing a £5 fee for anyone who fails to pay within the 48 hour policy.
This will start from Monday 18th November 2024.
