just wanted to apologise to all customers using the service but
due to ongoing issues namely lack of permanent driver we have no choice other than to now terminate the service until we can hopefully resolve these issues
so again can all customers please cancel payments until further notice

So instead of doing my street mechanic maintenance on the van at a rough cost of £500/600(as it needed a new clutch kit ) iv took her to the pros the garage as wanted it done in quick time as needed it bk on the road for work and the wether was to bad to do this kind of job outside anyways so found the pros they made me wait a week to fit me in as needed the day he said .,need the bigger ramp all day as well he said .,7 hours he said could run into the next day he said but will only charge you for the 7 hours he said and hv you out by Friday mid day he said as you do really need the van to be bk at work yes I said I definitely need to be bk at work Thursday is definitely longer than I want to wait but if it’s the only time you can fit me in as need the big ramp (class 7 )then that will hv2 do
As again I knew the weather was bad till after then so I still wouldn’t get it done out side
So ok we made the agreement
This being Thursday last week so bigger ramp 7 hours bring it in Thursday may run into Friday £1400 pound he said ok deal I said as was hoping to get it done now by a pro get it done right and be bk at work 🤦🏻‍♂️this was last Thursday 9am where they just take the keys don’t actually take the van inside but just attempted to do some kind of street repair with jacks (absolutely raining cats and dog that day 🤷🏻)in the car park braking other parts then leave it out side engine all open gear box off ect all going rusty
Right up and till tomorrow
so after weeks and multiple issues from them I’m really wishing I fixed it my self
but I am hopeful that this will now actually be the case and I will be bk out working in the next couple of days obviously I say hopefully as was told it would definitely be ready yesterday as sm1 was going to drive get the parts but when they got there they didn’t hv the part anymore well that and it would be 7 hours to be fixed inside the garage not 7 days as will be outside in the car park🤣o and new cost £1850 🫣not really sure what else to say other than a huge apology to all the customers who have not had there bins cleaned ova the last couple of weeks and I can promise that the bins will be cleaned regardless on blue bin week as I will find a solution 💪🏼
