If you continuously tap or insert your card before being asked to do so it will confuse the machine and will not be able to take payment for you or any other customer until it has been reset by a member of staff.
Sorry to keep bombarding facebook with these types of post but a small minority of people cannot follow the simplest of instructions and then get abusive when Colette is trying to help. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH OUR MACHINES OR THE SYSTEM!! THE PROBLEM IS HUMAN ERROR!!
Over the last 3 weeks the abuse and rudeness has been off the scale. We will be asking people that are rude in the future to find an alternative laundrette.
