I knew I had the best customers anyway, but today was just a little reminder...

One of my clients in alkrington passed me their car key today without hesitation, after hearing about my van being off the road! He told me to keep his car for as long as I needed.

Unfortunately, it turns out the temp insurance for a week came out higher than Alice's nursery bill 😵‍💫
so I had to turn the offer down 😕

But what a kind thing to do!

Most of my clients are aware that my van has been off the road since early last week, three times now it has come out of the garage and died again on the same day🙈

Same scenario again last night, this time however the parts and labour cannot be completed until Monday next week...🙈🙈

I'll keep you all updated and thank you to everybody for their patience over the past 10 days, believe me when I say I've lost sleep knowing I've had to mess everybody around 🙏🏼☹️☹️

2 bed pre-sale clean completed today (OL11)

All carpeted floors were refreshed,windows washed dried and polished, UPVC restored and general deep clean throughout, (not forgetting each set of blinds in each window were cleaned slat, by slat, by slat 🫣🫠) 🙌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

Before and after shower restoration (Chadderton OL9.) This bathroom took me exactly one hour to deep clean, the window and frame was brought back to its original condition, the tiles were scrubbed, the bathtub brought back to its original colour, and of course the shower screen, sink, toilet and chrome radiator were left sparkling. I always remove plugs and clean the drains in every property as standard too 👌🏼

Only two more days until the new workhorse arrives in Middleton!

My last ever gift from my dear old Dad - I know this little investment will quite literally take me a long way on my road to being as successful as I once was before I had my little Alice.

New equipment arriving in the upcoming weeks, and all of my biohazard cleaning courses and required waste licenses have now been obtained 🩷

In honour of my dear old dad, and things that have happened to me personally over the past two weeks , I came to realise that I needed to educate myself and undertake the relevant training to help others that sadly may one day find themselves in the same situation that I recently have 💔

28% of deaths in the UK occur at home, and more often than not, it is a heartbroken family left behind that have to take on the gruelling task of cleaning up the trauma scene that may be left behind.

I've coped with my own recent grief by focussing on how I can help others in a similar situation in the future. 🥹

I still have a long line of courses to complete, but i know that adding these to my vast experience of professional cleaning services over the past 15 years - I'll get there in no time at all. And most importantly my dad would be proud. 🩷

As most of my current clients are already aware - my dear old Dad passed away unexpectedly last week and as a result I've not yet got round to getting back to my emails and enquiries, so apologies to anybody waiting to hear back from me.

I expect I will also need to cancel some jobs next week as me and my family make a start with funeral arrangements but I shall keep everybody updated.
