Just a reminder to all clients — if you book a weekly or fortnightly clean, I need to be able to access the property on your scheduled clean day.
If a clean is missed and it then becomes a monthly clean, there will be an additional £15 charge added on top of the standard price. For example, a £40 clean will increase to £55 due to the extra time and work involved.
I also can’t accommodate last-minute cancellations or constant changing around of appointments. I do up to 4 cleans a day, and every client has their own regular slot booked in. When appointments are cancelled last minute or I arrive and can’t get access, I lose wages and that space could have gone to another client.
I’m currently working weekends to fit everybody in fairly, so I really need regular clients to stick to their agreed schedule where possible.
