Do s**t you love.

This is up on the wall of the magical Bespoke Holistics. (On the other wall, but it doesn’t have all the pretty bits 😅🙈)

and are two of the most beautiful people and they make me walk away, no FLOAT away, feeling calmer and lighter every time!

This week was supposed to be a bit of a reset. A time for me to mop up all those tasks, take things a bit slowly.

Obviously I’ve got a cold 👌🏻

BUT! I have managed some lovely battery charging activities.

I’ve had a long overdue catchup with about her recent fame!

I went for lunch and a walk yesterday with a friend.

I spent last night with my business bestie painting some flowers under the guidance of .

AND my brain can’t handle anymore today, so I’m off to the beach to breath some fresh air, fill up on greasy chips and ice cream and then probably gamble £20 on the arcades 😅

Google Chrome Profiles changed my life! It makes things so much more compartmentalised and efficient.

Yesterday I FINALLY made it up to .

Anna and her team have done incredibly well to set up such a gorgeous, safe space for people!

I attended one of the art classes there and treated myself to a cuppa and a cookie 🤤🤤

I would suggest anyone with any kind of allergies or intolerances to run there immediately (tomorrow morning when it’s open!)

And if you don’t… still run there as the food is great!

I absolutely love seeing friends smashing it and would encourage everyone to support small, it means so much!

On Tuesday I attended a great LinkedIn training session by

We went through our profiles/pages and picked them apart, we discussed who/how to engage and then posting strategies.

It was a great opportunity to reflect on my profile and make some changes (head over to LinedIn and take a look!)

We were hosted by the gorgeous with a peaceful surrounding and tasty food!

If you haven’t met Katharine, you should absolutely get yourself to one of her events! She’s a woman of many talents with her copy writing business . She’s a wonderful person that puts community at the centre of everything she does. ❤️❤️❤️

I cannot thank her enough for showing me the importance of balance and supporting me to find how that looks for me. She’s an incredible boss (when she finally accepted the title 🤪) and I can’t wait for more years to come 💙💙💙💙

📩 Earlier this week, I got an email from with the subject line:
“Why doing less might be the key to more!”

And honestly? It couldn’t have landed at a better time.

Before Christmas, I was completely burnt out. Working too much, saying yes too often, and leaving myself no breathing room.

Since then, I’ve been actively trying to do less. Not slacking — just being more intentional with my time and energy.

🗓️ I (try to) block out rest periods in my diary
📺 I watch trashy TV without guilt
🧩 I do puzzles and build Lego just for the fun of it
🏊‍♀️ I swim when I can, eat better
🍸 And yes — I go for cocktails at my favourite spot, , when I need a little reset

Most importantly, I listen to what my body and mind need.

And you know what?
I’m more productive, more creative, and definitely more me because of it.

👉 Doing less isn’t lazy. It’s strategic.
It’s sustainable.
It’s smart.
