🚨 Cancellation Policy Update 🚨
To protect my small business and the self-employed ladies who work alongside me, a 24-hour cancellation policy will now be in place.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or changes to your clean.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged at the full cleaning rate.
If payment for missed cleans is refused, we may unfortunately have to discontinue our services.
As a self-employed business, we rely on scheduled weekly and fortnightly cleans, and last-minute cancellations often leave us unable to fill the space at short notice.
I’ve avoided introducing this policy for a long time, but late cancellations have become increasingly frequent and are having a significant impact on the business and the team.
I will always do my best to rearrange cleans where possible and only cancel appointments myself if absolutely unavoidable.
