These are common on paving and timber structures such as garden benches. The colour of lichen varies with species, but most are silver-grey, grey-green, yellow or orange. They can be crust-like, leafy or scurfy in texture.

The patio and path make up a large part of your garden and, over time, they can get covered with stains and moss. They end up looking incredibly dull and grimy, ruining the great aesthetic in your garden. Regular stone cleaning can remove all of that dirt and make your patio and pathways look as good as new.
