DIAMONDCAR — CUSTOMER THANK YOU PRIZE DRAW
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Organiser
The organiser of this prize draw is DiamondCar.
2. Purpose of the prize draw
The prize draw is intended as a thank-you to current and former DiamondCar customers for the trust they have placed in DiamondCar and for allowing us to look after their vehicles.
3. Prize
The prize is one complimentary full car clean at DiamondCar.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or another prize unless otherwise agreed by the Organiser.
4. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to eligible individuals who are current or former DiamondCar customers and who meet the eligibility criteria determined by the Organiser.
Participants must be aged 18 or over.
The Organiser reserves the right to exclude anyone who does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in these terms and conditions.
5. Draw process
The draw will be carried out from the list of eligible participants.
Each eligible participant will be assigned an individual number.
One winning number will be selected at random.
The Organiser will retain appropriate records of the draw process.
6. Contacting the winner
The winner will be contacted privately by DiamondCar using the contact details already held by the Organiser.
The Organiser will not publicly publish participants' private contact details.
7. Photography and publicity
The Organiser may take and publish a photograph of the winner only after obtaining the appropriate consent from the winner.
Refusing permission for a photograph to be published will not affect the winner's entitlement to the prize.
8. Personal data
Participants' personal data will only be used to the extent necessary to administer the prize draw, contact the winner and provide the prize, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
The Organiser will not publicly publish a list of participants or disclose participants' personal information to third parties in connection with the prize draw.
9. Facebook / Meta
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta.
Facebook/Meta is not responsible for the administration of this promotion or its outcome.
10. General
The Organiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and to take any steps reasonably necessary to ensure the prize draw is conducted properly.
