🚨 Call-Out: Drain Unblocked & Packed With Fat Build-Up 🚨

We were called out today to deal with a completely blocked drain, and once we got the chamber open it was obvious what had caused the problem — a heavy build-up of fat and grease throughout the line.
Fat might seem harmless when it’s poured away, but once it cools inside the pipework it hardens, sticks to the walls, and quickly leads to slow drainage, smells, and eventually a full blockage like this one.
We got the line fully cleared, flushed through, and flowing properly again, followed by a thorough clean-up of the surrounding area.
If you’re noticing slow drains, gurgling, or bad smells around your property, it’s often the early signs of fat build-up. A quick visit now can prevent a much bigger issue later.

A couple of nights ago we were called out late in the evening to a nursing home dealing with a badly blocked drain. Situations like this can cause real disruption for staff and residents, so a fast, safe response is essential.
We attended promptly, cleared the blockage, and restored full flow to get everything back up and running. Once the line was clear, we carried out a full CCTV survey to check the condition of the pipework and identify the root cause, giving the client complete peace of mind moving forward.

A call-out last night (Thursday 22nd January 2026) to a local McDonald’s car park after two electric vehicle bays became completely flooded.
The drainage channel was packed solid with silt, stopping the water from draining away and leaving the bays unusable.
A full clear-out and high‑pressure jetting soon had everything flowing properly again — no standing water, safe access restored, and the EV bays back in service.
