I dare say this will be one of the busiest places in the area over the Christmas period, its got a lovely Christmassy vibe going on.

I've been in the company of champions!🏆🏆
Today I paid a visit to Nancy Birtwhistle, Great British Bake Off Champion 2014 🥮🎂
Not only is Nancy a great baker! She is also a Sunday Times Best selling author, a regular on our TV screens with appearances on BBC Morning Live and Channel 5's The Toy Hospital 🧸
She also has just finished filming her very own series in the US! 🇺🇸🎥

The next Champion I've been to see recently is Ex Boxer Billy Schwer 🥊💥
Billy is a former British, Commonwealth and European lightweight and the IBO World Light Welter-weight title Champion.
20 odd years ago, Billy was in the prime of his career and at the time I was working in his home town of Luton, before we both upped sticks and headed to Yorkshire, quite a bizarre coincidence that I would end up sweeping his Chimney! 🤯
Billy is now a keynote speaker, author and performance coach developing the Mental Boxing method as the metaphor for self-improvement.

It's an honor and a privilege to see both these champs on an annual basis 🙌

It's been a busy old time 😅
I haven't posted what I've been up to since back in the summer! 😬
That seemed a very long time ago, especially with the weather we've been having recently,
I got a right good soaking on Friday!
🌬🍃🌧😅🌧
Anyway, I thought I'd best check in with you and let you know that October & November are fully booked,
I'm currently taking bookings for December, and I'll be knocking off for Christmas on Thursday, the 21st of December 🎄🎅☃️
I'll try and check in with you again soon, I promise I won't leave it as long next time.

I've not posted anything for a while, but it's been a busy summer so far! 😅🌤
Now your going to be hit with a job lot of photos of what I've been up to over the past few months 📆
Lots of chimney repairs, stove fitting, flue liner fitting, a holiday in between 😎🏖🌴
Then back to the lovely weather we've been experiencing recently 🌧😕
More recenlty lots of chimney cowls and more stove fitting 📐⚒️
That's it for chimney repairs and stove fitting, I completed my last one of the year today 😅
Now it's going to be just chimney sweeping, chimney cowls, stove servicing and repairs.
September is almost full up barring the odd slot, October is filling up,i think it's going to be another busy autumn and winter!
I'll try not to leave it so long until my next update 🤣🤦🏽‍♂️

It must be summer again as BBC Look North have the summer opening credits on again on the lunchtime and evening news, starring yours truly 📽🎬🤨 so you've got the pleasure of me twice a day in case your missing me at all? 🕜🕡🤣
Coincidentally I was back at this house today, where it was filmed in Etton for the homeowners annual sweep. If you saw me on the new credits this last year you will see they have chose different angle of me this summer, blink and you'll miss me! 🍑😆
Some busy months ahead, lots of chimney repairs, stoves and flues to fit, general Sweeps and stove services as well as lots of other bits and pieces.
I'll try and keep you all updated over the coming months 🎩🤙🏿🧹

Well that's the last stove installation of 2022 for me! 🙌🥳 just 2 weeks left of sweeps left to do 🧹
It's been a long wait for the customer due to the extraordinary high demand for stoves this year.
I first made a start on this job back in June when I replaced the broken Chimney pot ready for the new stove and flue liner.
Check out that flaunching! It looks like it was done yesterday 😄👌
The customer is super happy they have this super controllable Clock Woodburners Blithield 8kw installed just in time for Christmas 🎄🎁
Complete with a Schiedel UK Tecnoflex flue liner supplied by Specflue
