***AMENDED POST***
Following on from my last post regarding my closure, I am having to bring that date closer I’m afraid 😢
My final day for ironing will now be Wednesday 27th November.
After a really busy 3 days this week I am now really struggling with the pain in both feet and need to close earlier than anticipated.

***IMPORTANT***
As you will all be aware, the last 6 weeks have been a bit of a rollercoaster for me to say the least!! 😢
The loss of my Dad and injuries to both feet have had a big impact on me.
That said, I have come to the difficult decision that I will be ceasing my ironing service as of Wednesday 11th December 2019.
I have been given a 6 month minimum recovery time for the fracture and dislocations to my feet and, being honest with both you and myself, I am doing myself no favours spending the time I do stood in pain while I’m ironing 😢
I’d like to thank you all for your custom, loyalty and support over the last 3.5yrs

Just to let you all know, I’m up and running (well walking!!) again 😀

***UPDATE***
Yesterday I had my appointment at the Fracture Clinic, the outcome was that, along with the injury to my right foot, I now have dislocated toes on my left foot after the fall down the steps to the pool 😢
As most of you will be aware, my Dad’s funeral is on Wednesday 16th so we will be away most of next week.
I am aiming to be back at work on Monday 21st October all being well 🤞

**IMPORTANT**
As some of you may be aware, I sadly lost my Dad to Alzheimer’s on Monday 💔
I am, reluctantly, still going on holiday on Sunday 29th and am due to return to work on Tuesday 8th October.
As some of you will also be aware, I had a fall downstairs and have had my foot strapped up for the past week.
I have had 2 lots of x-rays, the last lot showing a bone chip caused by a torn ligament/tendon 😢 I am now wearing a boot and have been advised not to stand for any length of time (or drive)
I have an appointment at the fracture clinic on Tuesday 8th October and, until I have the outcome, I will not be working.
Sorry for any inconvenience, but I will be back up and running (well walking hopefully!!) ASAP
