Very pleased with the service and dealt with the mice problem we had. Giulio was pleasant and also very thorough in his approach. He checked round any potential nesting/feeding places and did a full sweep outside the house to determine any entry points. The mice were dealt with in 3 visits, entry points blocked. I would highly recommend to anyone with a pest problem.

On the 7th December, I called Best4Pests and spoke to Giulio about a persistent rat problem in the loft of my house. At that point, I personally had caught 12 of them - not very nice to deal with. As it was getting out of hand, I decided its best to call a professional and I'm very glad I did. The first visit was purely an investigation about how/where theyre getting in/out, along with bait. By the second visit, all of the rat sightings had disappeared. I had Giulio fit a one way valve trap in one of our drains as a preventative measure and still to this date (02/01/2026) have had no sightings since. Hes a very knowledgeable man, and was a pleasure to deal with. Communication was also top notch too, and was always on time.

I'm in a rental property and saw signs of rats, contacted the estate agents and they sent out Giulio , who contacted me immediately. Not only did this man sort the issue out he was well mannered , offered to change his shoes and was very calming natured , as you can imagine I was in a state.
I am a horder and also have ADHD, this can cause me so much stress when people come to my home. Giulio showed no judgement and gave reassurance that the rats were from the broken sewage pipes not my lifestyle. He tidied up after himself and explained the issues and the next steps he would be taking. Can't thank Best4pests and Giulio enough.

Tip of the day:
Don't leave unopened boxes of Polyfilla in the shed. Amazing where wasps will build their nests.

Called best4pests as we had seen wasps and within half an hour he was at our house having a look. He confirmed the nest we had seen in the attic was an old one and instead they were in the soffits outside. He quickly made a plan and treated the entry hole. All was done within an hour from start to finish. Very professional and would not hesitate to call again if needed. Thankyou

It's not every day I get to say I've been working on a "private island" but this is one of them. Not what you normally imagine private island living to be but beautiful all the same and this one's (or at least the only house on it) up for sale.
