Another LVT herringbone floor completed this week, and what a transformation it was.
This project needed a lot of preparation work before we could even begin laying the flooring. One side of the room had sunk over time, so we had to apply a significant amount of screed to bring the floor back level. The rest of the area was then plyboarded due to uneven floorboards.
After that, the entire floor was feather edged and sanded to create the perfect surface ready for installation.
We also went the extra mile for this customer. As they were an older couple, we wanted to help keep costs down rather than having them pay extra tradespeople. So, free of charge, we removed and disposed of all the old flooring and carefully took off the skirting boards for them — something we wouldn’t normally include.
Another happy customer and another quality finish completed.

Another quality install completed in Liverpool 👌
This job required full floor priming and a complete screed throughout. Due to multiple floor height changes across the property, we carefully manipulated the screed levels so each room flowed seamlessly into the next — with no visible transitions.

Doing this properly saves the customer a huge amount of money on unnecessary screed build-up while still achieving smooth finsh

Once cured, we feather-edged and fully sanded the entire area to remove any imperfections, ensuring the floor looked flawless even in natural light.
Finished with Camaro LVT in Wild Amber Oak — and the end result looked absolutely stunning 🔥

Another completed project for one of our insurance clients.

This property required a full floor preparation before installation. We first installed a damp proof course, followed by screeding, sanding, and feather edging to ensure the surface was perfectly smooth.

Once the preparation was complete, we installed a herringbone Karndean LVT floor and finished the edges with 90° LVT nosings for a clean, durable finish.

We work nationwide for our clients, and this particular job was completed in Barrow-in-Furness.
