Hi,

I'm Pete, I run R'N'B Window Cleaning along with my brother-in-law, Tom, which we started in In may 2018. We now have a a fleet of 5 water fed pole window cleaning van's, which cover the majority of Greater Manchester.

I leaflet on average around 10,000 leaflets a month throughout Greater Manchester, as I enjoy keeping fit, attracting new business, and this also help's keeping my mental health in check.

Here is a price list per 1,000 leaflet's:

Solus Distribution: £90 - your leaflet is delivered completely own, so that you receive maximum visibility from any potential customer.

Shared distribution: £45 - Your leaflet is delivered alongside 2-3 non competive flyers. This is the most budget friendly option.

All leaflet campaign's will be tracked door-to-door and the information will be sent over to you via WhatsApp for proof.

RE: PRICE INCREASE FOR WINDOW CLEANING

Dear Customer,

In order to maintain a viable service, it has become necessary for me to increase most prices as from my next visit. In some cases I have not increased my prices for a number of years. Although I appreciate that the official inflation rate has been consistently low for some time, the actual increases in the costs of running a small business have been rather higher.

Therefore, from my next visit, I propose an increase in price for the window cleaning by £1.

New customer's booked in from January '26 onward's have already been paying the updated amount, and we held on for a long as possible to increase the price's for our loyal customer's, but the time has now come. We will be sending letter's out on the day of your clean to remind you of the increase, and we are giving you 30 day's notice (end of may) to update your standing order accordingly. Cash payment's will be collected on the day of the clean as usual, so please make sure you include the new £1 increase.

NEW PRICE GUIDE:

Standard terraced - £12 (4 weekly)
Standard semi-detached - £14 (4 weekly)
3 bed detached - £18 (4 weekly)
4 bed detached - £20 (4 weekly)
Small conservatory + £7
Large conservatory + £10
1st clean price + £7
Skylights £1 each
Conservatory roof cleaning £15 per panel
Gutter cleaning - £40 per side (Standard 2 storey property)
Soffits/fascias cleaning£40 p*e side (Standard 2 storey property.

☆£4 extra for an 8 weekly clean, so for example, a standard semi-detached would become £18 per maintenance clean, or £25 for the initial clean, which always take's around 20 minute's longer - all window frames, glass, sills and doors.

☆extension's, outhouses, large properties will be be quoted accordingly.

I believe that this figure represents fair value and I understand that it compares reasonably with other window cleaners who are also running a proper business (as opposed to window cleaners who only show up a few times then disappear).
