You know what they say… buy cheap, buy twice. 👀
This VW Golf came to us after having its rear windows tinted elsewhere, and unfortunately, the finish was nowhere near what it should have been. Creases, bubbles and even tint cut too short, leaving visible gaps around the windows.
The customer tried contacting the original company multiple times to get the issues resolved, but was ignored. Now he’s had to come to us and pay again to get the job done properly.
Don’t get me wrong, things can go wrong in any industry. Nobody is perfect. But what matters is how you deal with it when something does go wrong. Taking responsibility and putting things right for the customer is just as important as the quality of the work itself.
When choosing a tinting company, don’t just look at the cheapest price. Look at the quality, experience and aftercare you’re getting for your money.
Sometimes the cheapest quote ends up being the most expensive one.
