Successfully managing an Airbnb is all about the numbers, so are are 3 reasons why you shouldn’t use us to clean your property:

In 2023, we have had 3 complaints which have resulted in re-attendance.

1) In one apartment, we left a coffee pod in the coffee machine, a roll of kitchen roll was left on the kitchen table and there were some marks on the bathroom tiles that were visible.

2) Another apartment, well lets just say the toilet didn’t look like it had been cleaned and the dishwasher hadn’t been emptied. The dishes were clean, but not put away, and yeah, the toilet.

3) The third complaint was stains on the linen, we didn’t provide the linen, but the stain was very obvious and should have been reported so we did re-attend to change the linen at no additional cost.

On the other hand, our team have completed over 750 turnovers or midstay cleans this year so far without any complaints…

Thats over 1700 beds changed (and almost 7000 pillow cases replaced)

Over 1200 bathrooms cleaned (well 1199 based on the above complaint) - but even so, that’s over 4000 Toilet Rolls replaced!

So whilst we are not perfect, we are still pretty good!

At least 99.5% of our cleans have been completed without any issues! And our attendance rate remains at 100% - which is always guaranteed!
