Cleaning Ventures We are a Manchester-based complete commercial cleaning company. Our philosophy is based on being professional, affordable and dedicated. And why should they be?

A lot of our rivals have poorly paid, badly trained staff that aren’t interested in providing a decent service. They have no incentive to do so. Cleaning Ventures takes a different approach. We train all our staff, pay them a higher than average wage and offer bonuses to all those that meet their targets. The difference this makes is easy to see: bathrooms sparkle, kitchens shine and reception are

as always give the right impression. As well as high-quality staff we also invest in high-quality products and equipment. It’s no use having good people if what they use is second-rate. This all sounds great but it also sounds expensive? Not in the least. Admittedly, there are companies that charge less than we do. However, in our opinion they charge less because they deliver less. We know we deliver an excellent service at a fair price. If you’re not happy with the cleaning company you use now it’s a good job you’ve found us. Another one cleaned and ready for reopening. ✅

We have completed the after builders clean atTesco Express, Streetly in Sutton Coldfield, following its refurbishment and installation of new energy-efficient fridges and freezers.

From shop floor to refrigeration units, every surface has been deep cleaned and detailed so the team can reopen with a fresh, spotless environment for customers.

Retail refits/refurbs move fast, and our job is to ensure the store is handed back looking its absolute best - clean, safe, and ready to trade.

Full post-construction clean at Evri's super hub in Barnsley 📦

We're proud that the Cleaning Ventures Ltd team completed the full clean down following fit-out works at Evri’s main “Super Hub” in Barnsley.

And when we say big… we mean BIG.

✅ 55-acre site
✅ Europe’s largest automated parcel distribution hub of its kind
✅ 12.5 kilometres of conveyor belts
✅ A warehouse space on a truly massive scale

From warehouse floors and racking to offices, welfare areas and washrooms, every surface had to be ready for operation.

Post-construction cleaning at this level isn’t just about making it look good, it’s about precision, safety and attention to detail across thousands of square metres.

We were brought in to complete a full deep clean of a large warehouse facility, including floor degreasing, tyre mark removal, external brickwork and cladding cleaning, plus jet washing of the car park, all ahead of final handover.
