We are a growing and professional cleaning company known for high standards, a supportive team, and a strong reputation with our clients. As we expand, we are looking for a committed and experienced Mobile Cover Cleaner to join us in a permanent supervisory role.
The Role:
This is a key position, offering stable hours each week, with the opportunity to make a real impact across the business. As a Mobile Cleaner/Supervisor, you will support the team in several areas:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide cleaning cover for team members during holidays, sickness, or other absences
Carry out ad-hoc and one-off cleans at various client sites
Assist with the training and onboarding of new staff
Maintain cleaning standards and ensure tasks are completed to a high level
Act as a point of contact for staff on site when needed
Work closely with management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:
Previous professional cleaning experience (minimum 1 year required)
Supervisory or team-leading experience in a cleaning or facilities role is a strong advantage
A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential)
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
Reliable, trustworthy, and confident working independently and as part of a team
Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
What We Offer:
Permanent contract with 20 fixed hours per week
£13.50 per hour – £14,040 per year (based on 20 hrs/week)
Fuel allowance for travel between sites
Ongoing support and training
All equipment and supplies provided
Room to grow within the company as we expand
